Poland is a country in evolution, it shows the cars moving and formerly only fiat polska (fiat 600) and has now common cars to Portugal!
However, as in all countries that have found little time to capitalism, has enormous social gaps. At the foot of my residence for dustbins that everyday people are searching for something, for example.
Last year in Warsaw during the winter, about 200 people died of hypothermia and died when they were drunk!
The alcohol here and very cheap, even for them and despite not having much money, there's always chance to buy vodka!
